What is Covered and What Will We Do

• Components: Issues with replaceable parts, including but not limited to brackets, safety latches, operating ropes and chains, and motor assemblies.    
  We Will: Free replacement of components
• Fabric and slats: Covers fabric tears or defects, fabric detachment from slats, and slat warping or breakage.    
  We Will: Free product remanufacturing or replacement
• Internal mechanics: Product fails to raise/lower or loses tension.    
  We Will: Free product remanufacturing

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Natural variations in texture, weave, or color of materials, and slight warping of wood products.
• Measurement errors
• Improper installation, operation, or cleaning.
• Normal wear, fading, or aging resulting from daily use or exposure to sunlight.
• Damage caused by children, pets, or insects.
• Any form of modification/alteration.
• Accidental damage, misuse, or modification
• Costs associated with transportation, disassembly, or reinstallation
